Annual Bell Ringing Weekend · Fin de semaine annuelle de sonnerie de cloches
Our annual bell ringing weekend returns this Pentecost, with visitors from the UK, US, and across Canada ringing the bells at Holy Trinity Cathedral and the Bibliothèque Claire-Martin on rue Saint-Jean. To meet the ringers, join us at the 11:00am service on Sunday, May 24, followed by a talk by David Mendel, "Intro to Quebec," in Carter Hall. Coffee and tea provided; bring a brown-bag lunch.
Notre fin de semaine annuelle de sonnerie de cloches revient à la Pentecôte, avec des sonneurs venus du Royaume-Uni, des États-Unis et de partout au Canada qui feront sonner les cloches de la Cathédrale Holy Trinity et de la Bibliothèque Claire-Martin, rue Saint-Jean. Pour rencontrer les sonneurs, joignez-vous au service de 11h00 le dimanche 24 mai, suivi d'une conférence de David Mendel, « Intro to Quebec », dans la salle Carter. Altar Guild · Guilde de l'autel
The Altar Guild at Holy Trinity Cathedral is looking for new volunteers. The guild cares for the altar linens, arranges flowers, and ensures that supplies such as communion wine are on hand for Sunday services. We are a small team and would welcome anyone willing to help with these quiet but essential tasks.
La Guilde de l'autel de la Cathédrale Holy Trinity est à la recherche de nouveaux bénévoles. La guilde s'occupe des linges d'autel, des arrangements floraux et veille à ce que les fournitures nécessaires, comme le vin de communion, soient disponibles pour les services du dimanche. Nous sommes une petite équipe et accueillerions volontiers toute personne désireuse d'aider à ces tâches discrètes mais essentielles.
